Business Structuring

The simplest way to start out in business is as a sole trader. Many stay that way; but depending on the nature of your enterprise, and your own goals, you might consider forming a limited liability partnership (LLP), or incorporating your business as a limited company.

We’ll discuss the pros and cons of different structures, and help you select what’s right for your business. Then we’ll deal with all the legalities, and the inevitable paperwork that goes with them, quickly and efficiently. (We did it ourselves in 2009, so we know at firsthand what it’s like to be on the receiving end).
